A mood board streamlines the design process by visually showcasing a color palette, furniture selection, design aesthetics and over design vibes and style.
A Space Plan
A well-designed floor plan ensures functionality and flow within a space. It helps maximize usable square footage and creates a layout designed for your lifestyle.
Furniture Selection
We select furniture based on your budget, design aesthetics, and furniture quality and brand reputation. We consider upholstery type, color and durability. Wood tones and finishes is what brings it all together to create a well designed space.
Implementation Plan
A curated and clickable shopping lists is provided so that you can be implement the design plan on your own time. You will also get a shopping guide which suggest focal pieces that will make the most design impact.
FAQ
I am an Interior Designer based out of Chicago, IL.
A design project for 1 room depends on the scope and how responsive you are via email. But in general it can take anywhere between 3 weeks to 2 months. The timeframe for purchasing and implementation is up to you.
At this time with do not offer or refer contractors services.
When you book a consultation, we will discuss your room, your ideas, and how you envision your newly curated room. You will receive a detailed email with instructions on how to prepare for our virtual meeting.
In the meantime, I have prepared a virtual design guide that is helpful for purchasing any Virtual Design package that you can read here.
I offer a flat rate fee of $375 for a single room.
An open room concept like a kitchen and dining room will be considered 2 individual rooms, and will be charged and designed separately.
